Here’s how to unblock an accidentally blocked sender in Windows Live Mail and Windows Mail:
- Get to Junk E-Mail Options. In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Safety Options.
- Click the Blocked Senders tab.

- Click the Remove button.
