The veteran anti-apartheid campaigner and journalist Donald Woods, whose fight against injustice was depicted in the film Cry Freedom, has died aged 67. Mr Woods, who had been fighting lung, kidney and liver cancer for two years, died at the Royal Marsden hospital in Sutton, Surrey yesterday.
